  • We ship globally, but certain destinations are excluded due to either legal restrictions or limitations imposed by shipping carriers, affecting both us and our suppliers. The list of restricted countries may be subject to change based on global events. Currently, we do not provide shipping services to the following locations:

    • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

    • Russia

    • Belarus

    • Ecuador

    • Cuba

    • Iran

    • Syria

    • North Korea

  • Occasionally, we may divide an order into multiple shipments due to specific reasons:

    1. Certain products are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra cushion and durability, such as:

    • snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats, and baseball caps

    • visors

    • backpacks, water bottles, and noteworks.

    • mugs and stickers

    • pillows with stuffing posters

    • framed posters and canvas

    • bean bag cases

    2. The fulfillment location is another factor. Our online shop products are dispatched from various locations (e.g., USA, Europe). If your order contains items from different fulfillment locations, we will ship them separately.

    Multiple shipment orders will incur higher shipping costs compared to single shipment orders. However, some products can occasionally be shipped together with others, though they will still be subject to the shipping fee as a single product.

  • Our system operates based on Estimated Delivery Time (EDT), a prediction of when an order is likely to be delivered. EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping times, expressed as follows:

    estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

    The estimated fulfillment time for all online shop products typically falls between 2 and 5 business days. Our custom orders are produced on demand; we take into account the current order volume and our capacity when fulfilling your custom order.

    Estimated shipping time varies based on the customer's region, ranging from 2 to 5 days and 8 to 14 days across different regions. According to historical shipping data:

    • The US: 3-6 business days

    • Europe: 2–6 business days

    • The UK: 2–5 business days

    • EFTA states (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland): 3–7 business days

    • Canada: 2–6 business days

    • Australia/New Zealand: 2–5 business days

    • Japan: 2-4 business days

    • Brazil: 3-5 business days

    • Worldwide: 8–14 business days

    The estimated delivery time serves as an estimate rather than a guarantee. Factors like:

    • Product availability and shipping-related delays (e.g., failed delivery attempts, and service disruptions) may cause the order to be delivered after the EDT.

    We make every effort to meet delivery estimates. If your order hasn't arrived past its estimated delivery time, consider allowing a few additional days (up to 2 days). If the order is still not received, contact us, and we will verify your order status and guide you on the next steps.

  • If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:

    • Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate; it’s not a guarantee.

    • If you still haven’t received your order, get in touch with our team. Let us know about your delayed shipment, and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates for your location. Reach by emailing us at godfrey@greatjoystudio.co.za

  • If your order is shipped from a facility that's in a different region than your delivery destination, you might have to pay handling and/or customs fees upon delivery. The customs fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, etc.
